A Medical Lending Library for Our Community
When a family member faces a serious illness, the last thing loved ones should worry about is whether they can afford the equipment needed for safe, comfortable care at home. Sierra Hospice's medical lending program removes that barrier entirely.
We provide wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, commodes, blood pressure monitors, and other essential items — all at no cost, for as long as they are needed.
How It Works
- Visit the Sierra Hospice office, Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Speak with staff about your specific needs and situation
- Borrow the equipment that will help most
- Keep it as long as you need it — no fees, no paperwork burden

This program exists because of the generosity of our community — through donations to the Forget Me Not Thrift Store, financial gifts, and volunteer time. Every dollar and every hour given supports families at their most vulnerable moments.
